6. Affiliate Program Terms
Commission Structure & Eligibility
Bluetide USA LLC DBA Bluetide Peptides (“the Company”) offers a two-tier affiliate commission program. Approved affiliates (“Affiliates”) will earn 15% commission on eligible purchases made directly through their unique referral link or coupon code, and 5% commission on eligible purchases generated by their approved sub-affiliates.
Commissions are calculated based on the total order value, excluding taxes, shipping fees, discounts, cancelled orders, chargebacks, and any products or orders deemed ineligible under Company policy.
Payout Schedule & Minimum Threshold
Affiliate commissions are paid weekly or when the Affiliate has reached a minimum payout threshold of one hundred dollars (USD $100), whichever occurs later. Bluetide USA LLC DBA Bluetide Peptides reserves the right to withhold or delay payments in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, incomplete tax information, or other compliance requirements.
Right to Modify Commission Rates
Bluetide USA LLC DBA Bluetide Peptides reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue the affiliate commission structure, commission percentages, payout methods, eligibility requirements, or any other aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
Any changes to the commission structure will apply prospectively. Purchases made prior to the effective date of any modification will be paid out according to the commission rates and structure that were in effect at the time the purchase was made.
General Conditions
Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to all terms, rules, and restrictions outlined in the Bluetide Peptides Terms & Conditions and Affiliate Program Policy. The Company maintains the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for misuse, violation of these terms, or any activity deemed harmful to the brand or its reputation.
